Refund Policy

JobSeeker AI is built on a simple conviction: you should test the product before paying. That is why every new account receives complimentary credits the moment it is created, enough to evaluate the core AI chat, mic transcription, screenshot analysis, and desktop workflow available to your plan before any money changes hands.

We do not operate a recurring subscription. There are no monthly charges, no auto-renewals, and no hidden trials. You buy credit packs — only when, and if, you choose to.

Every transaction on JobSeeker AI is a single, one-time purchase. Credit packs (Pro, Ultimate, Magic) unlock the full selected-duration credit amount at checkout for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.

Because nothing renews automatically, there is nothing to cancel. Buying a longer-duration pack gives the selected pack amount upfront; it is not an auto-renewing monthly subscription.

Once a payment is processed, it is final. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated returns on any credit pack.

This policy applies regardless of:

How many credits remain unused.

Whether the product met your expectations.

Changes in personal circumstances or device.

Failure to check plan eligibility before purchase, including premium-only features such as Whisper Dictation.

Referral coupon use, referral commission expectations, or creator promotion results.

Time elapsed since purchase.

The free credits granted at sign-up exist precisely so that this policy is fair.

If a payment is debited but credits are not delivered due to a verifiable technical failure, contact support@jobseekerapp.com within seven (7) days with your transaction reference. We will reconcile with Razorpay and either deliver the credits, manually correct the credit balance, or return the funds where delivery cannot be completed.

This is a delivery-failure remedy, not a discretionary refund.

Referral discounts and creator commissions are tied to successful paid purchases. If a transaction is reversed, refunded because of a verified delivery failure, charged back, or identified as fraudulent, any related referral commission may be cancelled or reversed.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support will result in immediate account suspension. By purchasing, you agree to attempt resolution through our support before involving a third-party dispute mechanism.

The free credits are deliberately sized to allow a practical trial of the core workflow. Take your time. Run a test session. Test the mic. Try a screenshot. Check which plan includes the feature you need. If anything does not work as expected, write to us before spending money.

The moment you complete a paid checkout, you confirm that you have tested the product with your free credits and accepted these terms in full.
