Welcome to JobSeeker AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, desktop application, or any other service we offer (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

JobSeeker AI provides AI-powered tools designed to assist professionals with meetings, preparation, and knowledge work. Our principal Services include:

JobSeeker AI Desktop. A Windows desktop assistant for AI chat, live transcription, mic recording, screenshot analysis, and preparation workflows.

Knowledge Base. Upload or select resumes, notes, documents, and code so the AI can use relevant context in answers.

Screenshot & AI Vision. Capture screen content and receive AI analysis from supported AI vision providers.

Whisper Dictation. Voice-to-text dictation for eligible Magic and lifetime users, subject to credits, plan status, permissions, and technical availability.

Ghost Typing. Shortcut-assisted typing workflows for supported text fields and applications.

Hide Mode. A screen privacy feature intended to reduce visibility in supported meeting and capture workflows. It is not a guarantee against every recording, screen-sharing, operating-system, or third-party capture method.

Website Demo. Public website demo questions may be answered using configured AI providers, currently including Gemini-powered demo support.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time.

To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Keep your password secure and confidential.

Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

JobSeeker AI operates on a credit-based model. Every account receives 30 free credits on sign-up. Additional credits can be purchased in packs (Pro, Ultimate, Magic) for durations of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.

Credit costs: Chat = 1 credit, Mic recording or transcription = 2 credits, Screenshot analysis = 4 credits. Credit costs, plan features, and supported providers may change if required for service stability or pricing changes.

Paid plans currently include Pro, Ultimate, and Magic. Whisper Dictation is available only to Magic and lifetime users unless we publish a different plan rule. Lifetime users may receive special access rules and may be asked to configure their own provider keys for certain workflows.

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Purchases are one-time credit-pack purchases, not auto-renewing subscriptions. See our Refund Policy for details.

The Refer & Earn program allows approved partners to share JobSeeker AI and earn commission on successful paid purchases made through their approved referral code or link.

Referral approval is manual. We may approve, reject, pause, or remove a partner account or coupon code if we detect abuse, fake traffic, duplicate accounts, misleading claims, policy violations, or suspicious payment activity.

Current standard terms are: buyers save 5% and approved referrers earn 25% commission on eligible paid purchases. We may update these terms for future promotions or special campaigns.

Referral commission is tracked only after a successful paid purchase. Failed payments, refunded or reversed transactions, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, and test purchases are not eligible for commission.

Creators and partners must promote JobSeeker AI honestly and must not guarantee jobs, interview results, exam results, or outcomes that the product cannot guarantee.

Payout requests are reviewed manually and paid to the submitted UPI/payment details after verification. We may withhold or reverse commission connected to fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any illegal purpose.

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services.

Use automated bots or scrapers to access the Services.

Sell, transfer, or share your account or credits.

Reverse engineer, tamper with, bypass plan gates, abuse credits, manipulate referrals, or interfere with payment or update systems.

Use the Services in a way that violates your employer, school, meeting platform, exam, interview, or organisation rules.

Interfere with or disrupt the Services.

JobSeeker AI is a productivity and preparation assistant. You are responsible for deciding where and how to use it.

You must comply with the rules of interviews, meetings, employers, clients, schools, exams, websites, and communication platforms you use.

AI answers may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any output.

We do not guarantee job offers, interview performance, exam results, business outcomes, or uninterrupted access.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by JobSeeker AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (resume, documents). By uploading, you grant us a licence to use that content solely for providing the Services to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We specifically disclaim liability for outcomes or effectiveness of AI guidance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOBSEEKER AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES resulting from use of the Services.

We may terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time. There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be handled by courts with jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India.
